Hi everybody and welcome back. This weekend was pretty hum drum. I unpacked a bunch of boxes. Feeling a little more optimistic now that the clutter of boxes is gone. That was starting to be overwhelming. Still have to find a “home” for some unboxed items, but it will take time to settle and get everything the way I want it.
Lexi and I spent time on the new porch Saturday because the weather is so lovely! She’s having a little trouble adjusting to the new place. I thought some time on the porch would help because we used to do that at our old place sometimes and she enjoyed it.
This is my favorite time of year. The cooler temperatures, fall clothes (hello boots, sweaters, scarves, and of course sweatpants), hot chocolate from Starbucks, pumpkin patch pictures on my Facebook newsfeed, and all the fun holidays! Already thinking about what recipes to make for Thanksgiving. Check back Friday for some fall dessert recipes I’ve pinned recently.
Looking forward to this week’s weather (minus the rain at the end of the week). This is a short post because the weekend was uneventful and my energy level is low. Gym tomorrow morning will help with the energy. I hope everyone has a lovely week, see you again on Friday!

Hey everyone! I hope you’ve had a good week and have a fun weekend planned. The hubs and I are finally in the new place (after 3 days of non-stop moving). YAY! First off, if it wasn’t for really awesome and supportive friends it may have taken us more than 3 days. So many of them came to help move and it was really great! The new place is super cluttered at the moment, but I’m hoping to have a lot of time this weekend to tackle it. Enough about my week, lets get on with Favorite Pin Friday.
