Happy Monday! I’ll be honest, I hardly ever watch the award show. I much prefer the fashion on the red carpet. This year’s Oscars had the usual old Hollywood glam and some very whimsical/fairy tale like dresses. From fierce looks and metallic, this year’s Oscar red carpet was a mixture of color and textures.
I also can’t remember the last time I saw a movie in theaters, maybe Beauty & the Beast? I have been so busy lately and the hubs has been working nearly every weekend (still on track to our Dave Ramsey financial goals). We used to spend a lot of time in theaters. It was a go to date night for us. I am keeping my fingers crossed we can see Red Sparrow with Jennifer Lawrence.
Speaking of movies, I saw the trailer for Mary Poppins Returns. I don’t know how I feel about all these remakes and sequels to classics, but at the same time I did really enjoy Beauty & the Beast. Guess I can’t be judging until I see the movie for myself.
